FOR THOSE WHO WILL DO COLD WATER SWIMMING OR WHO JUST LIKE A SAUNA WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE WE WILL HAVE A SAUNA AVAILABLE FOR THE DURATION OF THE SELKIE SOUL FESTIVAL ON 2/3 MAY, 2026 IN STRANRAER.

Wild Dook Sauna is a mobile outdoor sauna based across the South of Scotland, offering a wild, welcoming space to warm up, wind down and reconnect with nature. Set in beautiful outdoor locations, we provide community sauna sessions and private hires, combining deep heat with the cold water. Moving between hot and cold supports circulation, boosts mood, eases tired muscles and helps calm the nervous system. Whether you’re a seasoned wild swimmer or completely new to contrast therapy, our sauna is about feeling good and sharing a restorative experience outdoors with others.
