We have a large area designated for exhibitors and therapists who would like to set up stalls and beds. The area is part of the main space so will be fully accessible throughout the festival. Workshops (without music) will be running in the main space (partitioned off) from early morning until 6pm, when the evening entertainment will start.

You are welcome to be at your stall the entire time (7am - 11pm) or close down for the evening. There will be staff security in the exhibitor area until 11pm

There is easy access to the area from the carpark, and you can gain entry from 12pm on Friday

Doors open to the public at 2pm with official festival opening at 4pm

We will provide tables measuring 183cm x 69cm

Exhibitor fee is £100 for 3 days, and includes 2 people​

£20 non refundable deposit secures your table, Remainder can be paid by 31st Jan 2027
