Lolli Anderson is a yoga and breathwork teacher from Dumfries & Galloway whose journey has taken them across the globe — from India, Thailand and Vietnam, to New Zealand and Morocco, and back to the UK. Originally rooted in Ashtanga yoga, Lolli’s practice has evolved to focus on the art of slowing down — offering nurturing spaces for Yin yoga, deep rest, and the exploration of breath.
Their work delves into the expansive world of Pranayama, drawing inspiration from both Kundalini traditions and contemporary breath practices. Blending yogic wisdom with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lolli brings a grounded, student-centred approach to every class — inviting others to reconnect, restore, and breathe deeply in a world that often rushes by.
Lolli will be offering a breathwork session on the Sunday in the Studio room at the Stranraer Millennium Centre. Get your tickets here for our launch party and enjoy a great weekend of healing, wisdom and wellbeing at Selkie Soul Festival.
